Booking & Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm any booking
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure
  • There is no separate booking fee
  • Package prices are fixed year-round, with no seasonal pricing — exact dates are confirmed directly with Adin via WhatsApp

Group Size

West Sumatra Tours runs small group tours only. Solo travelers are welcome on all packages.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are discussed directly with Adin at the time of booking, based on the specific tour and dates involved. Contact Adin via WhatsApp for details relevant to your booking.

Scope of Service

West Sumatra Tours operates exclusively on mainland West Sumatra (Bukittinggi, Harau Valley, Minangkabau cultural sites, Padang, Lake Maninjau). Mentawai Islands tours are not offered by West Sumatra Tours.
